Machines and systems are cleaned frequently and thoroughly to prevent the formation of germs. This also places high demands on hinges and latching solutions. Thanks to precise processing and customized design, our products offer high IP protection classes to guarantee reliable tightness.
Due to the strict hygiene regulations, the systems are often cleaned with aggressive media. In order to ensure a long service life for the locking solutions, they must have a particularly high corrosion resistance. We achieve this with high-quality stainless steel alloys and blue-colored food-grade silicone seals, for example.
Electric shocks — caused by loose cables, for example — are among the most dangerous accidents for machine and plant operators. That is why we offer special stainless steel quarter-turns with grounding nuts for the safety of our customers. These create a seamless connection to the control cabinet, enabling equipotential bonding.
Due to the long service life of rail vehicles, the use of high-quality products with a permanently secure fastener and special protection against vibration and shock is essential.
We have therefore placed great emphasis on vibration and shock resistance in our product developments. Vibration and shock tests have shown that all tested products comply with the following basic and test standard: DIN EN 61373
