The hygiene requirements for the food industry are high and stipulate that all critical parts must be food-safe. Our latching solutions meet these strict requirements, which are checked and certified by external testing centers, with special materials and coordinated product designs.

Machines and systems are cleaned frequently and thoroughly to prevent the formation of germs. This also places high demands on hinges and latching solutions. Thanks to precise processing and customized design, our products offer high IP protection to guarantee reliable tightness.

Due to strict hygiene regulations, systems are often cleaned with aggressive media. In order to ensure a long service life for the latching solutions, they must have a particularly high corrosion resistance. We achieve this with high-quality stainless steel alloys and blue-coloured food-grade silicone seals.

Electric shocks – caused by loose cables, for example – are among the most dangerous accidents for machine and system operators. That is why we offer special stainless steel twist locks with so-called grounding nuts for the safety of our customers. These create a seamless connection to the control cabinet and thus enable potential equalization.

Due to the long service life of rail vehicles, the use of high-quality products with a permanently secure fastener and special protection against vibration and shock is essential.

We have therefore placed great emphasis on vibration and shock resistance in our product developments. Vibration and shock tests have shown that all tested products comply with the following basic and test standard: DIN EN 61373
