30 Days Vacation

Recovery is important. That’s why we offer you 30 days of vacation per year. This already includes the company vacations between Christmas and New Year. For Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, you only have to take half a day’s leave if they fall on the working days Monday to Friday.

Flexible Working Time Model

Our commercial employees work flexitime. You can organize your working hours flexibly around our core working hours.

Day shifts are worked in the commercial areas. By working out the time from Monday to Thursday, you benefit from a short Friday on which you can go home at lunchtime.

Additional Premiums

In addition to vacation and Christmas bonuses, DIRAK offers bonuses on various occasions. This could be a marriage, the birth of a child or the successful completion of further training.
