Diagnostics using modern medical equipment plays a key role in the healthcare sector. To ensure a long service life, technicians must be able to access the inner workings of the equipment in the event of defects or for maintenance. At the same time, the sensitive technology must be well shielded against external influences.

This is where our latching solutions come into play. They are specially designed to meet the requirements of medical instrument construction. To ensure protection against infection, intensive cleaning is standard for medical devices. Our latching solutions offer high IP protection classes. This prevents damage caused by penetrating cleaning agents, moisture or dust. In this way, they contribute to reliable and long-lasting function.

It is not only moisture penetration that causes problems with medical devices. Cleaning agents and the like also put the latching solutions themselves to the test. We therefore achieve high-quality corrosion protection with a UV-resistant powder coating and clip-on profiles made of synthetic rubber.

Medical systems are protected by earthing against electric shocks caused, for example, by loose cables. To ensure that our latching solutions are also earthed, we offer special hinges, screws and earthing cage nuts for potential equalization. These create a seamless connection to the control cabinet and thus protect the user.

Our product solutions with compression offer the user a high level of convenience when opening and closing. They enable uniform contact pressure at the same time and thus ensure tightness.
