Security and access control
The security of outdoor housing depends heavily on the locking system used. In order to protect them from unwanted human intervention or the effects of the weather, labor-intensive and costly maintenance and servicing must be carried out. This can create complex challenges for operators.
To help our customers meet this challenge, we have partnered with iLOQ to develop the DIRAK RC2 handle specifically for the iLOQ S50 half cylinder. This cylinder requires neither batteries nor cables – the key to the solution is “Smart”.

- The DIN EN 1630 RC2 security-tested swing lever is secured against breaking open by a built-in bolt.
- Dust and waterproof to IP65 in accordance with DIN EN 60529 thanks to captive, foamed seal.
- A UV-resistant powder coating protects the housing from the weather.
- The spring-loaded spring-loaded handle directly indicates the closing status.
- No scratching of the dish by the handle thanks to the folding lock.
