We don’t know problems, only challenges – and we face them as a solution provider with know-how, state-of-the-art design methods and comprehensive service. The added value for our customers is obvious: they receive an optimum solution for their specific needs across all products and sectors. At this point, we would like to show you how we arrive at the ideal customer solution in seven steps.
1. Project Acceptance and Consulting
It all starts with an understanding of our customer’s challenges, including of all technical specifications. To this end, we rely on direct dialog on site or, at the customer’s request, via video conference. To ensure that we get to the heart of the matter and include all important aspects, we bring together all relevant experts such as application engineers, area managers and sales, product managers and developers.


2. Selection of the Solution Approach
We know the challenge and know what requirements our product has to meet. Now we can choose from three options:
- An existing item from our catalog of 5700 products meets the requirements.
- An existing article can be modified or further developed accordingly.
- We develop a new solution based on customer-specific requirements.
Thanks to these three approaches, we ensure that we always find the optimum solution for our customers with minimum effort.
3. Concept Phase
Sollte die Wahl auf eine kundenspezifische Neuentwicklung fallen, gehen wir in die Konzeptphase über. Hierbei überwacht unsere Projektkoordination den Projektverlauf und stellt das passende Expertenteam aus unseren Entwicklern zusammen. Zum Konzeptentwurf stehen uns alle gängigen Visualisierungen wie Skizzen, Zeichnungen und 3D-Modelle offen. During this phase, we are in close contact with the customer in order to achieve the best possible result.
If necessary, the concept is supplemented by prototyping in order to evaluate the solution haptically and functionally and to identify any potential for optimization at this early stage. For this, we use modern CNC machines and 3D printers. Of course, we provide you with all the final 3D models and drawings.


4. Production
If the results of the concept phase and the optional prototype meet the requirements, we then move on to production and optionally create all the necessary production tools.
To ensure consistent production quality, we carry out optional product validation using series parts at the customer’s request.
5. Initial Sample Test Report
We are happy to prepare a corresponding initial sample test report (EMPB) for approval of the samples by the customer in accordance with the specifications.


6. Series Production
Once all the steps up to this point have been completed to the customer’s satisfaction, we move on to series production. As an experienced manufacturer, we serve small series just as ideally as medium and large series, so that our customers benefit from attractive prices, consistent quality and absolute adherence to delivery dates .
Optionally, we can carry out the installation, assembly (here), take care of the logistics and ship on the desired date.
7. Aftersales
We want our customers to receive the optimum solution. That’s why we see ourselves not only as a manufacturer, but also as a solution provider – and that includes strong aftersales services. Within this framework, we address the individual additional requirements of our customers and support them beyond the actual completion of the project. Our focus here is on flexibility, a high level of service and targeted measures.
